multitasking, working in a fast-paced environment, and value cleanliness. Hosts/Hostesses
should be passionate about providing a remarkable guest experience as they serve guests in

Responsibilities:

• Attend to Guests needs in the Dining Room
• Cleaning Tables, Facilities, and Restrooms
• Maintain Cleanliness in the Dining Room/Restrooms
• Show respect to all leaders
• Arrive to work on time and work all scheduled shifts
• Show up to work in full uniform, following all dress codes
• Go above and beyond to make our restaurant inviting and feel like home.
• Know the Values of Chick-fil-A Okolona and execute them with excellence, daily.
• Understand and practice the “Core 4”
• Practice 2nd Mile Service whenever given the opportunity
• Work with “Head on a Swivel” mentality, always keeping guest needs front of mind
• Stay focused on the task at hand and follow directions from the Shift Leader
• Be willing to jump in and help those on your team in Front of House
