Locations: Jefferson Commons - 4925 Outer Loop & Preston Hwy - 10501 Preston Hwy

Responsibilities:

• Attend to Guests needs in the Dining Room

• Go above and beyond to make our restaurant inviting and feel like home.

• Consistently clean tables, facilities, and restrooms.

• Perform daily cleaning duties in and around the dining room.

• Maintain Cleanliness in the Dining Room/Restrooms.

• Maintain trash can areas throughout the shift.

• Show respect to all leaders

• Arrive to work on time and work all scheduled shifts

• Show up to work in full uniform, following all dress codes

• Know the Values of Chick-fil-A Okolona and execute them with excellence, daily.

• Understand and practice the “Core 4”

• Practice 2nd Mile Service whenever given the opportunity

• Work with “Head on a Swivel” mentality, always keeping guest needs front of mind

• Be willing to jump in and help serve orders to guests.

• Resolve guest’s issues in accordance with Chick-fil-A standards.

• Must be available between the hours of 9AM-8PM
